How we understand partnership

Our current H2020 engagements and future plans are designed around this living lab. We are currently expanding to other buildings towards a NetZero Campus.
The ICSTM building integrates generation of renewable energy sources (RES) and a building automation and control system (BACS). It was designed based on NearZeroEnergy Building (nZEB) concepts to achieve highest energy efficiency levels for a building of this type.
Onsite RES: 100kWp PV, 30kWp Wind, 26kWp solar thermal with storage in stationary batteries and hot water.
The BACS is an industrial PLC system which operates all the buildings installations (Hot/Cold water generation, HVAC, lighting, alarm systems, a.o.). It monitors, and measures loads and can automate scheduled based and temperature compensated scenarios.
ICSTM is highly motivated to share these experiences in the ERA-Net JPP SES community as a partner in the DPP partner programme.
