The peer-to-peer feedback sessions are the basis for intensive exchange on shared topics in the family of projects, allowing us to dive deeper into the insights revealed in annual reporting. Also, they provide space to discuss challenges and useful approaches with peers. The following sessions are being organised for the year 2024.
SESSION 1 - Digital Platforms and Interoperability HYBRID (IN-PERSON+ONLINE) @SET-Plan Implementation Working Group 4 - 2nd Symposium on Interoperability + Data spaces, Wed, 5th June, 2024, 14:00 - 16:30 (CET), TCC Trieste Convention Center, Trieste, Italy
This session revolves
around developing digital platforms, frameworks, and solutions that enable
interoperability, data sharing, and collaboration among various stakeholders in
the energy system. Projects in this category aim to create open,
standardized, and scalable digital infrastructures that break down data silos,
facilitate the integration of diverse energy assets and services, and support
the emergence of new business models and market structures.

SESSION 2 - AI and ML for Energy Systems ONLINE --> Wed, 19th June 2024, 13:00 - 16:00
This session focuses on applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques for various purposes in energy systems, such as forecasting energy production/consumption, optimizing control strategies, and detecting anomalies or defects. Projects in this category leverage the power of data and advanced algorithms to create smarter, more efficient, and more resilient energy systems.
SESSION 3 - Energy Communities and User Empowerment --> Wed, 26th June 2024, 13:00 - 16:00
This session focuses on the empowerment of end-users and the development of energy communities through digital solutions. Projects in this category aim to create processes, technologies, and business models that enable end-users to participate actively in the energy system, individually or as part of a community. This involves providing end-users with tools for energy management, peer-to-peer energy trading, and access to flexibility and renewable energy markets.
